![]() I teach at Central Carolina and this is a snack one group of my students did for a Thematic Unit project. It was very creative and of course very tasty. This would be great for a special snack or a Fun Friday treat at school. Not only are they fun to make but even more fun to eat! Children who help create their meals or snacks are more likely to actually eat them…sorry teacher-mode for a minute. Seriously these are very easy and cute! 1 box Graham Crackers (1 cookie per child; body of the bus) 1-2 cartons of cream cheese or Vanilla icing 1 bottle yellow food coloring 1 box of Frosted Mini Wheats (windows) 1 carton Oreos (wheels) Give every child a Graham cracker. After mixing the food coloring with the cream cheese or icing (kids like to do this part themselves) spread on the “bus”. Next place the windows on the bus (3-4). Then add 2 wheels (my favorite!) You can open 1 Oreo to make 2 wheels but then you only get to eat 1 Oreo. You could use red food coloring for a fire truck, or chocolate frosting with 2 Graham Crackers for a limo, be creative!!! Have a great and Tasty Day!! Lisa
