Here is very easy and delicious recipe, perfect for a Thanksgiving get together!
1(6oz) package refrigerated piecrusts
1(15oz) canned pumpkin
1(14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1t ground cinnamon
¼ t ground ginger
½ t ground nutmeg
¼ t salt
Preheat oven to 425. With a mixer, beat all ingredients until well blended then pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 350 and bake 35-40 minutes longer. Tooth pick or knife will come out clean when ready. Let the pie cool and set. Then top with whipped cream and serve.
