These cookies are buttery, brown sugary, chocolate-y, YUMMY.
THESE ARE MY FAVORITE COOKIES OF ALL TIME.
I like to bake them until they are golden on the outside and just brown in the center. They get nice and crispy on the edges - perfection. Drew, on the other hand, likes to take them out while the center is still a little gooey. Either way, these cookies are so good!
This recipe makes about 3 dozen cookies. That’s a lot! I usually make this dough every 2-3 months and freeze it! After I make the dough, I scoop it out using a cookie scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and stick the whole sheet in my freezer.
Once the cookie dough balls are frozen, I stack them in a gallon-size bag. That way, you can bake off a few when company comes over or your husband can eat them straight from the freezer – living life on the edge.
Hope you enjoy!
