Busy, busy, busy! I kept telling the Lord this week that if I just get a minute I’ll get to this Blog page and recipe. Guess what, that “minute” almost never came. Life kept getting in the way. I started this article a few times but could never finish. First of all, my family wanted to be fed; apparently self-feeders are only for animals. Next, we kept having all of these events; ballgames, showers, Bible studies, jobs (praise the Lord for that!), church, school events, and did I mention ballgames? You get the picture; you are probably living my life too only busier! But, before I was begging Calgon to take me away I squeezed in studying our Sunday School lesson (glad I found time for that) and I remembered we are supposed to be a people about “doing “ and working. Even in the Garden of Eden God gave Adam and Eve jobs to do. Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, rule over the fish, birds and every living creature. Not an easy task! Even before sin entered the world Adam and Eve weren’t promised room service and endless days of sunning in the garden. (I had to drag myself away from that picture) We are to be about our Fathers business, what we choose to fill up our days with, well that’s for another day.

Best Busy –Day Brownies
Make one box of packaged brownie mix according to directions, of course. Pour half of mixture into pan and place Symphony candy bars on top, next cover candy bars with remaining batter. Bake according to directions. Fast, easy and delicious. Instant success!
